Gemma founded ACT for Autism after fifteen years teaching in public and private schools in the UK and Western Australia.
She holds a Master of Education by Research and a doctorate in practice-based applied behaviour analysis, is an adjunct lecturer at Edith Cowan University, and holds Level Three Classroom Teacher status.
